Ledah McKellar is Lakehead University's inaugural Sustainability Coordinator. Having acquired her BA in African Studies from McGill, Ledah went on to earn both her B.Ed and M.Ed from Lakehead. During her term as a graduate assistant, Ledah completed Lakehead's first university-wide public sustainability assessment. Embracing an approach to sustainability that is informed by multiple worldviews, Ledah's goal is to support a culture of sustainability at the University. Ledah's worked on a number of grant-funded projects with faculty members and community organizations like EcoSuperior. An avid outdoorswoman, Ledah spends her spare time canoeing the myriad lakes and rivers of northwestern Ontario.
