Join us for a guest speaker presentation by Kelsey Juliana, a youth activist and lead plaintiff in Juliana v. U.S.

Juliana v. United States is about a failure by the U.S. government to act on climate change. The 21 youth named in the Our Childrens’ Trust lawsuit claim that by creating a national energy system that causes climate change, the U.S. government is depriving them of their constitutional rights to life, liberty, and property.

“I believe that climate change is the most pressing issue my generation
will ever face, indeed that the world has ever faced.

This is an environmental issue and it is also a human rights issue.”
