In the fall of 2019, Lakehead University initiated a campus-wide Employee Experience survey to provide a snapshot of our strengths as an employer and identify opportunities for improvement. A copy of the report is available here (PDF).
On May 5 and 6, 2020, the initial results were presented to faculty and staff on the Orillia Campus. A copy of that presentation is available here (PDF), with additional analysis and resulting actions to continue as noted.
