                       Join Drs. Monica Flegel and Judith Leggatt as they discuss Marvel Comics' most controversial comic, 
                       the infamous Avengers #200.  In this noon-hour talk, they will discuss the storyline and its 
                       repercussions, as they delve into the complexity of superhero comics story-telling, publishing and

                       Travel through centuries of botanical history at the Claude E. Garton Herbarium! Explore specimens
                       collected by generations of LU students—maybe even by you—and help raise funds to bring this
                       botanical legacy into the digital age.

7:00 p.m.        Back to the Outpost Party - The Outpost  -$5/person
                       Pub Night is back! Relive one of Lakehead’s most beloved campus traditions as we
                       kick off Homecoming Weekend with a special 60th anniversary edition. Gather your fellow alumni,
                       raise a glass, and celebrate the memories that made Thursday nights legendary.

                        Show your Lakehead pride at Blue & Gold Night! Join fellow alumni, students and Thunderwolves
                        fans as we pack the stands for the Thunderwolves’ hockey home opener. Wear your school

                       the legacy of both Nor’Westers and Thunderwolves sports.

                        Cheer on former Thunderwolves as they return to the court for the annual Women’s Basketball
                        Alumni Game! Whether you’re lacing up to play or watching from the stands, it’s a fun-filled

                        Join us for Lakehead Celebrates, a special evening honouring our exceptional and
